Some are born to lead with an example. Raipur DSP Archana Jha is one of them. While women employees quit jobs after marriage or attaining motherhood, the Raipur top cop instead chose the duty and sincerity to her motherland first. Nonetheless, she is simultaneously taking care of her 4-year-old girl as well as her duty.
It is well known that how rigorous the job of a Crime DSP is. Yet, you will never feel an iota of stress on Archana Jha’s face when she had to patrol the city in the night on a Police vehicle with her little child. Since her husband is a lawyer posted in Bilaspur High Court (Bilaspur) outside Raipur; so she had to look after her daughter whenever she went to duty.

ABP news claimed that the news and picture is 2-3 months old. During those days, Archana had to regularly bring her infant daughter as she went out to patrol the city. The Raipur woman cop also said to the news channel that since her in laws lives with her so it is only on rare occasions she has to take her daughter to the duty spot.

Archana Jha represented extra ordinary courage while handling the law and order situation during Chief Minister Raman Singh’s visit to the district last time. But what’s more incredible is the fact that she was pregnant that time. Yet, she carried out her responsibilities in an exemplary manner for 7 consecutive days with utmost sincerity and earnestness.
